Connexion Property Development (CPD) is strategically located in a prime area of Kota Samarahan, adjacent to Sungai Sabang and the Samarahan–Asajaya Highway. This location facilitates easy loading and transportation of goods to Kuching city or any other desired destination.

We operate two quaysides designed to accommodate ships up to 7,000 ton with multiple excavators and loaders available for efficient loading and unloading of various goods. A spacious open area capable of storing up to 10,000 tons of sand or stones. A weigh station, equipped with 60-foot tracks, can handle lorries weighing up to 80 tons for accurate scaling.

As part of CPD’s commitment to supporting the construction industry, we offer both supplies and services. In addition to providing essential construction materials such as sand, pebbles, topsoil, scaffolding, aluminum, and steel, we supply a comprehensive range of new and used heavy construction equipment and machinery. This includes excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, forklifts, breakers, and more, catering to all types of building and development projects, as well as construction and demolition needs.

We offer a range of dump truck sizes to transport rubble from development sites to recycling facilities, where waste is further sorted for reusable materials. In collaboration with Bako Kaya, a recycling facility in Kuching, we ensure that salvageable items are repurposed, contributing to the protection of our environment.
